MidModCabs ships premium RTA wood cabinets directly from our facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Because our cabinets are carefully packaged flat to protect materials and finishes, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• order size

• destination

• carrier rates

We do not offer free shipping. This allows us to maintain high construction standards without inflating product pricing.

Shipping timelines vary based on your location:

• East Coast & Southeast: typically faster delivery

• Midwest: moderate transit times

• West Coast (including California): up to one week or longer in transit

All orders are shipped freight or ground, depending on size. You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Please note: transit times begin once your order ships, not when it is placed.

Because cabinetry is a significant purchase, we recommend:

• inspecting boxes upon delivery

• noting any visible damage before signing

• contacting us promptly if there are concerns

Our Cosmetic Imperfection Policy:

At MidModCabs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our cabinetry. While blemishes are rare, minor scratches, small gaps, or surface imperfections can occasionally occur during manufacturing, handling, or shipping.

Minor cosmetic imperfections are generally repairable and do not require cabinet replacement. Because we do not use the factory-coated side of our plywood for exposed cabinet surfaces, we authorize light sanding and the application of a compatible clear polyurethane spray to correct minor visible blemishes. Wood filler may also be used to address small gaps or imperfections, creating a clean, seamless finished appearance.

These are standard woodworking touch-up techniques that customers can perform themselves with reasonable care.

Minor scratches, blemishes, or surface imperfections that can be reasonably corrected through standard touch-up methods, and that do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the cabinetry, are considered cosmetic and are not eligible for replacement.

However, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If a cabinet arrives with significant damage that compromises its structural integrity, functionality, or visible finished appearance after installation, MidModCabs will replace the affected cabinet or component as appropriate.

We ask that customers photograph and report any significant shipping damage promptly, preferably before installation, so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
