Shipping Policy
MidModCabs ships premium RTA wood cabinets directly from our facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Because our cabinets are carefully packaged flat to protect materials and finishes, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

carrier rates
We do not offer free shipping. This allows us to maintain high construction standards without inflating product pricing.
Shipping timelines vary based on your location:

East Coast & Southeast: typically faster delivery

Midwest: moderate transit times
-
West Coast (including California): up to one week or longer in transit
All orders are shipped freight or ground, depending on size. You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Please note: transit times begin once your order ships, not when it is placed.
Because cabinetry is a significant purchase, we recommend:

inspecting boxes upon delivery

noting any visible damage before signing

Our cabinets are packaged carefully to arrive in excellent condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Cabinets must be unopened and unassembled

Products must remain in their original packaging

Items must be returned in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once cabinets have been opened or assembled, they cannot be returned.
